Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
